  3. Now knead the dough well and take a small portion. Roll it with a rolling pin and make a small round chapati. Put the chow mein filling in the center and cover it with the chapati and make a potli
  4. Make all the potlis by repeating the same process and fry them in hot oil on medium flame until they get golden brown colour. Your chow mein potlis are ready to eat. Serve them hot tomato sauce and green chutney
