  1. Make ready 8 Pav buns
  2. Make ready 100 g butter

  5. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Prepare 3 big tomatoes(pureed)
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala

  10. Prepare 1 cup water

Steps to make Pav bhaji:
  1. Boil the vegetables in a pressure cooker and cool it.
  2. Mash the vegetables.
  3. In a kadai, heat up butter and fry the onions till golden brown.
  4. Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute it for 1 min and add the tomato puree to it and cook it for 5 min.
  5. Add the pav bhaji masala to it and saute till it starts leaving the sides.
  6. Now add the mashed Vegetables, salt and 1 cup water and let it come to a boil.
  7. Simmer the flame and cook the bhaji for 10 mins on low flame. Turn the gas off after 10 mins and add the coriander leaves. Bhaji is ready.
  8. Heat a tava or pan, add butter to it.
  9. Now add 1/2tbsp of bhaji to it.
  10. Slit the pav from the middle and toast the pav in bhaji and butter mix.
  11. Toast the pav for 1 min. Pav is ready to serve with bhaji.
  12. Pav bhaji is ready to serve. Serve it warm with sliced onions, lemon wedge and butter.
