  4. Next add onion and fry then add ginger or galric paste and chilli fry add tomato and salt. fry till turn soft and mushy.
  5. Next add all masalas like pau bhaji masala. mix and fry another 2 min or until the raw smell of the mixture goes away.
  6. Add boiled and mashed veggies.cook for 3-5 min until the thickness.
  7. Heat butter on a pan. open the buns and sprinkle some masala on butter. place the pav and toast it for a min
  8. Garnish with butter and serve it.
