  1. Firstly grate boiled Potatoes place it in a mixing bowl.Now into it add powdered oats bread crumbs black pepper powder & salt to taste.
  2. Mix all and combine them into a dough.Make sure dough should not be too sticky & don't add any water.
  3. Now rub little oil onto your palms,roll the portion of the dough from both of your hands.Now using the rolling pin roll a medium thick chapati.
  4. By using cork of any bottle make cut on the chapattis.Now make eyes with the help of straw and smile with the help of spoon.
  5. Take out all the smilies put them on the plate & refrigerate it for 1 Hour. In case if you don't wish to fry it on the same day,keep them in freezer. (I kept in the freezer).
  6. Just before taking out the smilies from the refrigerator, preheat the airfryer on 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
  7. Brush each of the smilies with oil on both of the sides.Place the smilies on the airfryer rack.put the temperature on 170.Airfry it for 5-10 minutes(or depending upon the Airfryer)After 4 minutes flip over the smilies.
  8. Once you hear the beep sound of Airfryer,keep the Chaat masala ready at hand. Open the airfryer sprinkle chat masala on the smilies when they are super hot.
  9. Relish chatpati smilies with your hot cuppa.😊
