  3. Make ready 1/4 cup Besan/ Gram flour

  5. Take 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
  6. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Oregano herb
  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp Salt

  9. Prepare 2 medium size ripe Tomatoes
  10. Take 1 medium size Onion(chopped)
  11. Prepare 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
  12. Make ready 1 Beetroot (optional)
  13. Prepare 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  14. Make ready 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  15. Get 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  16. Take 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  17. Get 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  18. Prepare to taste Salt and sugar
  19. Get For the toppings
  20. Get 1 cup Multi colour Capsicum
  21. Make ready 1/2 cup purple Cabbage
  22. Take 7-8 Cherry tomatoes
  23. Get as needed Mozzarella cheese
  24. Prepare 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
  25. Take 1 teaspoon olive oil to roast cauliflower florets
  26. Get 2 tsp Chilli flakes
  27. Prepare 2 tsp oregano
Instructions to make Cauliflower thin crusted Pizza:
  1. For the pizza spread - Cut tomatoes roughly and make puree in a food processor.
  2. I added a small piece of beetroot at the time of blending to enhance the colour.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, add in chopped onion and saute until translucent.
  4. Next add in ginger garlic paste and saute for few more seconds.
  5. Add in tomato puree. Also add in chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, oregano, salt and sugar.
  6. Stir to mix well, add in 1/2 cup of water and cook in medium heat for about 10-12 minutes.
  7. When the mixture comes to a saucy consistency remove from heat.Set aside.
  8. For the crust - Cut Cauliflower in florets.Keep aside few florets to use as topping.
  9. Wash properly and pulse in a food processor to make crumbs.You can use grater also to make cauliflower crumbs.
  10. Place the crumbs to a microwave safe bowl and cook in microwave for 6 minutes.
  11. Let the crumbs cool down. - Take out, transfer them to a muslin cloth and squeeze out the juice to make crumbs dry.
  12. Place the squeezed out crumbs to a mixing bowl.
  13. Add in besan, cheese salt, chilli flakes and dry herb.Besan and cheese will help to bind everything together.
  14. Mix together with your hand and make a rough dough. You need not add water to make the dough.
  15. Preheat oven at 200 degree C for 10 minutes.
  16. Take a pizza tray of at least 9"diameter (you can use any baking tray, line with baking paper if needed). - Place the cauliflower dough to the pizza tray, spread with your fingers to make a thin round shape disk. Try to make it even from all sides.
  17. Bake it in preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until light golden brown from the sides and top.
  18. Remove from oven, wait for 5 minutes before add-in the toppings. - When the crust cools down a bit, it will become crisp.
  19. Cut the vegetables like capsicums, purple cabbage, cherry tomatoes in small pieces.
  20. Roast some cauliflower florets with little olive oil and crushed black pepper.
  21. Now spread the pizza sauce which we prepared early over the pizza crust.
  22. Next sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese.
  23. Next spread all the chopped vegetales.
  24. Also spread roasted cauliflower florets.
  25. At last sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar cheese, chilli flakes and oregano herbs.
  26. Bake again in preheated oven for 10 minutes. I placed pizza tray in upper rack of the oven to avoid burning the crust from the bottom.
  27. Delicious and low carb Cauliflower pizza is ready now.Take out from oven, let it keep aside for 5 minutes.
  28. Cut in triangle pieces.Serve warm.
