  2. Now add 2 tbs of oil in a pan and fry carrots for 2 mins and then add cabbage and capsicum and soya sause, chilli sause and stir fry for 2 more mins.
  3. Now add salt and black pepper powder and stir fry for 2 mins and turn off the flame and make rolls.
  4. Now refrigerate for 15 mins
  5. Now fry rolls untill golden brown.
