9. when the Cupcakes are done take them out of the oven and let them cool for about 3 mins
10. while they cool get the oreos that you smashed up and put them in a small bowl
11. Finally , get a cupcake & put the frosting of your choice on the cupcake, then dip the cupcake into the bowl of smashed up oreos
