  1. Take 250 g Egg Noodles

  5. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
  6. Take 1 teaspoon red curry paste
  7. Make ready 400 g white meat (can be pork or chicken in strips)
  8. Take 1 pack precut stirfry vegetables
  9. Take 30 g margarine to fry
Steps to make I Can't Believe It's Probably Not Chow Mein:
  1. In a separate pot boil the egg noodles boiling water for 7 minutes. Once finished, drain in a colander whilst pouring cold water through. Set aside and cover.
  2. In a wok on high, melt the margarine and brown your white meat.
  3. Once browned, add the red curry paste, seasoning salt and half of the soy sauce, hoisin sauce and oyster sauce.
  4. Fry for about 2 minutes
  5. Add your stir fry vegetables and cook until there's just enough space to place your egg noodles you set aside.
  6. Place the egg noodles in the wok then cook and mix for about 5 minutes.
  7. Add the rest of the soy sauce, hoisin Sauce and oyster sauce. Cook for 2 minutes more and adjust the taste if you so need with soy sauce or seasoning salt.
  8. Place in a pyrex dish once done and serve hot.
