  1. Cook chicken in skillet. Season to your liking. Let chicken completely cool.
  2. Preheat oven to 355°

  4. Grease or use nonstick baking spray in a 9' by 13' casserole pan.
  5. Add oven ready lasagna to baking pan and cover the bottom as much as possible as your first layer. (Overlapping is fine) mixture will go on top. Then add mushrooms and baby spinach. Finally use spoon to portion Alfredo sauce on top.
  6. Repeat step 5 until you have the desired layers.
  7. The last bit of cheese is for the very top of the lasagna.
  8. Bake for 55 mins and enjoy

Fry the chicken legs and once they are browned add the wine continue braising until the wine boils dry a little. Remove the legs and set aside the sauce left over. Add spinach, in batches, until wilted. Serve creamed spinach spooned over chicken with bread, if using. This quiche is loaded with chicken, spinach, roasted red peppers and shredded cheese.
