  8. Mix your cooled melted butter with flour, sugar and cornstarch. Mix until crumbly and sandy.
  9. Spoon blueberry mixture on top of lemon pie evenly.
  10. Sprinkle strudel topping over blueberries.
  11. Bake additional 20 minutes or until strudel topping is golden brown.
  12. Cool on wire rack completely before slicing.
  13. Servealone, with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
