  1. Make the marination by adding ginger garlic paste,salt hung curd, lemon, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder, mix well!
  2. Make deep cuts in whole legs and marinate in the masala for about 4 to 5 hours.
  3. Keep in a preheated oven on 250 degrees for 30 mins, apply little oil/butter on it and grill turn in between to get roasted from both sides, once done remove and serve with lemon and freshly chopped onions.
