Instructions to make Easy and Fluffy Okonomiyaki:
  1. Chop the cabbage.
  2. Whisk flour and water in a bowl. Add eggs, tofu, green onions, and all ※ ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage into the flour mixture. Stir lightly.
  4. Grease a an electric griddle. Pour the batter into a round shape. Top with pork belly and green onions.
  5. Cook lightly until both sides are golden brown.
