Mix 1&½ cup sugar with 1 cup oil add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract mix well add 1 cup milk add 2 cups flour+ little salt+1 cup cocoa powder + 2 tsp baking powder+ 1 tsp baking soda and slowly add hot coffee, mix well to avoid lumps. Bake in pre heated oven until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
