Hey everyone, it is me, Dave, welcome to our recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to make a special dish, fish and shrimp ceviche. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I am going to make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Fish and Shrimp Ceviche is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. It is enjoyed by millions every day. They’re nice and they look wonderful. Fish and Shrimp Ceviche is something that I have loved my whole life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have fish and shrimp ceviche using 12 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Fish and Shrimp Ceviche:
  1. Take 1 boneless raw fish (tilapia/swordfish)
  2. Get 8-10 pcs raw shrimp
  3. Prepare 6 pcs lime
  4. Get 1 pcs lemon
  5. Prepare 1 medium size tomato (cut in small pieces)
  6. Get 1 jalapeño (minced)
  7. Take 1 medium size red onion (cut in small pieces)
  8. Prepare 1/2 avocado (cut in small cubes)
  9. Get 1 / cup minced cilantro
  10. Get Salt
  11. Prepare Pepper
  12. Prepare Serrano pepper (minced) optional
Instructions to make Fish and Shrimp Ceviche:
  1. Cut fish and shrimp in cubes. Put in a large size bowl
  2. Squeeze lime and lemon and mix with the fish and shrimp in the bowl. Make sure that the seafoods are fully covered. You can add more lime to do so.
  3. Add the onions. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 1 1/2 hours. The seafoods will be cooked in lime. It will change the color.
  4. After 1 1/2 hours, check if all the seafoods have changed their color. Means its cooked already.
  5. When it's ready, add the tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, jalapeño pepper and serrano pepper (optional, if you want it spicy). Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve with tortilla/nacho chips. Best if served cold.
