  1. In a frying pan over medium high heat melt the butter.  when melted - Add: - 2 whole Diced Potatoes - Diced Onions - Sauté until potatoes start to brown and add 1/2 whole Pepper
  2. Add the Sliced Mushrooms and sauté until mushrooms start to soften.
  3. Add the bacon to one side of the pan and sauté until cooked then mix with the potato mixture here I added a bit of maple syrup for a sticky glaze
  4. Season with the salt and pepper and add all the dry seasonings finish cooking.
  5. Add the spinach turn off the heat and let it wilt in the temperature left in the pan. keep to the side
  6. In another pan add the eggs and make an omelette and cook to your likening.
  7. Warm the wraps and assemble with your choice of topping and fillings
