Now add powdered bread slowly and mix.add sugar and vanilla essence and mix everything well. Stir continuously.continue to Cook until the mixture turns super creamy and thick.
  4. Pour this mixture into the pan of caramalized Sugar.pack this pan with aluminium foil. Place this in a steamer.cover and cook for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove from heat and cool down completely in room temperature.
  5. Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.remove from freeze and unmould.enjoy caramel bread pudding.
