  1. Make ready 500 g Penne pasta
  2. Take 1 kg Chicken breast
  3. Make ready 200 g Mushrooms
  4. Take 500 ml Cooking cream
  5. Make ready 1 tbs Butter
  6. Prepare 1 tbs Vegetable oil
  7. Get Onion 2 medium onions
  8. Take 3 cloves Garlic
  9. Get 2 tbs Black pepper
  10. Prepare 3 tbs Salt
  11. Make ready 2 tbs White pepper
  12. Take 100 g Parmesan cheese
  13. Prepare 150 g Mozarella cheese
Steps to make Chicken alfredo:
  1. Cut your chicken in small cubes, add 1tb of oil to pan, and slightly cook your chicken
  2. In the same pan, add 1 tbs of oil and 1 tbs of butter, add onion then garlic, cook until brown color appears, then add the mushrooms until soften
  3. Add around 500 Ml of cooking cream and add all your peppers to taste then add 150g of mozarella
  4. When it's boiling, add the mushrooms and the chicken and cook for 3 more minutes
  5. Garnish with parmesan cheese before serving
