  2. Take 1 lb. hamburger
  3. Prepare 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  5. Get To taste seasonings of choice: black pepper, garlic, cumin, chili powder
  6. Get To taste Toppings of choice: lettuce, tomato, sour cream, onions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook hamburger along with seasonings until fully cooked; drain and return to pan.
  2. Add in 1 cup of cheddar cheese; mix and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile cook shells according to package instructions; drain and rinse with cold water; set aside.
  4. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and spoon enchilada sauce evenly on bottom.
  5. Equally divide meat mixture among shells and place on top of enchilada sauce.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  8. Set up topping station.
