  6. In large mixing bowl add meat, peas, pimientos paprika, onion powder, Worcester, pesto and rice
  7. Place cleaned bell peppers in a pot with a lid and some water, let's boil about 5 to 10 minutes
  8. Place peppers in casserole dish and fill up with meat mixture
  9. Spoon leftover tomato sauce from the can of pomodoro tomatoes on top of each pepper
  10. Bake peppers 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly
  11. Divide grated cheese into 4, place on top, let melt until golden brown
  12. let stand 10 minutes serve and enjoy
