2. Add all the icing sugar and incorporate it. Then add the corn flour, dust extra corn flour on the palm of the hands as well as on the work surface and began to knead it like bread dough.
3. Continue to knead it until all of the icing sugar and corn flour are well combined with the marshmallow mixture. To cover cupcakes and cakes, dust more corn flour and roll it with the rolling pin.
