Hey everyone, it’s Brad, welcome to our recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to prepare a special dish, baklava. It is one of my favorites. This time, I’m gonna make it a bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Baklava is one of the most favored of current trending foods in the world. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. Baklava is something that I have loved my entire life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.

Steps to make Baklava:
  1. Syrup - Combine water & sugar in a pan and heat. Once it boils add lemon juice and turn off.
  2. Melt butter in a pan than add oil
  3. Place baking tray on phyllo pastry and cut to size
  4. Grease tray, add layers of pastry sprinkling butter on each layer aprox : x8 (layer of nuts) x5 (layer of nuts), x5 (layer of nuts) x end with 8 sheets on top
  5. Cut in squares, add left over butter into the lines (not all over). Run brush all over the top to spread it out.
  6. Preheat oven 180 degrees, bake for 25-30 mins
  7. Put cool syrup on hot Baklava

This honey baklava is flaky, crisp and tender and I love that it isn't overly sweet. It's basically a party in your mouth. Baklava uses phyllo dough stacked with honey and nuts to make a sweet Mediterranean dessert that everyone will love. Make sauce while baklava is baking. Boil sugar and water until sugar is melted.
