  13. Take 400 grams tinned kidney beans drained
  14. Prepare 400 grams tinned chopped tomatoed
  15. Make ready 50 grams dark chocolate chopped
  16. Make ready 250 ml Red wine
  17. Take 1 beef stock cube or tablespoon gravy granules

  1. In a large pot heat the olive oil and add the onion, garlic, pepper, and spices
  2. Add the chorizo and let it release it's oils into the pan
  3. Add the mince beef and brown
  4. Add chopped tomatoes red wine and stock cube/gravy granules and simmer for 30 mintues. If you don't want to add wine just use beef stock
  5. Add grated chocolate and simmer for another 30 minutes
  6. Add kidney beans and simmer for 10 minutes
  7. Enjoy…..We like to eat this with some grated cheese and either tortilla chips or tortilla bread
