  10. Get 10 grams Butter (for stir frying)
  11. Take 1 Salt and pepper to season
Instructions to make Beef and Tomatoes Stir-Fried in Wine:
  1. Cut up the beef into easy to eat pieces, and sprinkle with a little soy sauce (not listed). Dust with flour just before stir-frying.
  2. Slice the onion thinly with the grain. Peel the tomatoes by dunking in boiling water, and take off the stem ends. Cut into wedges. Combine all the ★ flavoring ingredients.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Stir fry the onion until translucent, then add the flour-coated beef and continue stir-frying.
  4. When the beef is cooked through, add the tomatoes and the ★ ingredients. Cook over high heat until the sauce has thickened a bit. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to finish.
  5. Serve. (The photo above isn't too good, but it actually looks a lot more appetizing.)
  6. You can increase the amount of ketchup to make it more saucy and sweet, and eat over rice like hayashi rice.
