- Wash, dice and slice all ur veggies., In a sauce pan/ non stick pan add in 2 tbsp c/oil, add dice onion follow with spring onion stirred.(at low heat)
- Add in chilli powder and remaining spices
- Devided the Maggie in to 2 and add half, pour in remaining oil and stirred, add in slice tomato
- Crack one by one egg, like show in the below picture, add in remaining Maggie, add in parsley, garnish with chicken seasoning. Cover and allow it to cook.
