  5. Take off from the heat and drain it onto paper towel. Repeat with the remaining tempeh.
  6. Arrange the fried tempeh Mendoan on a serving plate, served with the chili sweet dipping sauce as a snack or a side dish (I prefer to enjoy it with chili bait and a cup of tea). Enjoy!
