Once you stuff the core, put the opening side to the bottom and wrap the apple with pie sheet using water or apple juice that came out of apple to seal them. Flip over. Attach the leaf cut out from the left over pie sheet.
5. Mix 1 egg with 1 tbsp of water to make egg wash. Brush it on pie. Bake for 35 to 40minutes. Put cinnamon stick for a stem. Enjoy with vanilla ice cream!
