  5. On the side, mix the minced garlic with the lemon and the blacl and white peppers and salt, and then pur the mix on top of the potatoes. Make sure all the potatoes are soaked well.
  6. Scatter the lemon circles across the pan on top of the potatoes and put the pan in the oven.
  7. Cook until the potatoes are super tender and then cook a bit from the top until the potato color darkens a bit and then remove and serve.
