  3. Add in the milk to your egg yolk mixture, and gently fold in your egg whites, a little bit at a time and add to a greased cake tin
  4. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree Celcius for 20 min.
  5. Combine all the ingredients for the soaking and pour over the cake and chill overninght or at least 6 hours
  6. Whip your cream and top the cake with fresh fruit.
