  5. Make ready 1/4-1/2 cups bread crumbs
  6. Take 50 grams cold butter cubes for toppings
  7. Prepare 50 grams butter sautéing
  8. Prepare Freshly ground pepper
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp oil for sautéing
Instructions to make Johnssons Frestelse:
  1. Place oil and butter in a pan then saute onions for 3 - 5 mins until translucent. Then placed in an oven proof dish. Add some ground pepper to taste.
  2. Simmer potatoes in heavy cream in medium heat until tender then place half of it on top the onion. Ground pepper to taste
  3. Then placed 1 can anchovy slices then repeat for 2nd layer
  4. Then add bread crumbs start with 1/4 then more to cover the surface. Sprinkle a little more pepper
  5. Add the cold cube butter on top. Scatter them on top.
  6. Baked at 175 degrees celcius in the middle of the oven for 25 to 30 mins until the potatoes are done and the desired color is achieved.
