  6. Take 3 tbsp. Light soy sauce

Instructions to make Gyūdon (Japanese Beef Bowl):
  1. Prep: Chop onion, shred carrot, cut beef into small bites.
  2. Marinate beef with 1 tbsp. soy sauce for 10 minutes.
  3. Put onion, water, bonito soup stock, sugar, lastly carrot, bring to boil.
  4. Add beef and mashed ginger into the pot and cook until beef is fully cooked.
  5. Pour on rice, server right away.
