  1. Get Whole packet Japanese curry mix
  2. Get 1 Potato
  3. Get 1 Carrot
  4. Prepare 1 Onion
  5. Prepare 5 Garlic
  6. Prepare Butter
  7. Prepare Chilli flake
  8. Take Curry powder
  9. Prepare Soy sauce
  10. Make ready Curry powder
  11. Prepare Garam masala

  15. Get 1 packet Beef stock
  16. Get Optional (Kakushi aji)
  17. Get Tomato paste / ketchup
  18. Prepare 80 % dark chocolate
Instructions to make Japanese Curry:
  1. Boil water with all dashi ingredients for 15 minutes, set aside
  2. Cut potatoes, onion & carrot into bite sized
  3. Sear onion with butter, add garlic, then the rest of the vegs
  4. After all the onions caramelised and the vegs seared, add the dashi. Boil for 30 minutes
  5. After all the ingredients cooked, add the curry mix, curry powder, chili flake, soy sauce and kakushi aji if wanted. Simmer for 10-15 minutes
  6. Serve while hot
