The ingredients needed to make Paneer pulav:
  1. Prepare 2 cups rice (any)
  2. Make ready 2 tbspoon carrot, tomatoes, French beans each
  3. Take 4 tbspoons of cabbage chopped
  4. Make ready 5/6 green chillies sliced
  5. Make ready 200 gms paneer
  6. Take 6/7 black pepper corns
  7. Take 2 sticks cinnamon
  8. Get 2/3 bay leaf
  9. Take to taste Salt
  10. Make ready 1/2 tspoon kitchen king masala
  11. Get 3 tbspoon desi ghee (clarified butter)
  12. Make ready 1 tspoon peanuts
  13. Make ready 6/7 cashwes
Steps to make Paneer pulav:
  1. Soak rice in water for ten minutes.chop all veggies
  2. In Deep pan put 1tbspoon desi ghee saute paneer cubes for five minutes, again add ghee to pan add pepper corns,bay leaf, cinnamon fry for couple of minutes.
  3. Add soaked peanut and cashews,saute add green chillies,add all veggies saute then add paneer,salt, kitchen king masala and mix well. Add water 5cups water I hv used but if you rice is aged it will take more water.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes on medium heat. Serve hot with papad,salad or buttermilk.in navratri we don't use any masala containing garlic and onion so made with sattle flavour.you can add any masala.
