  17. Take 1 bunch Coriander leaves
  18. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds

Pav Bhaji is popular Indian street food where dinner rolls/buns are served with spicy mashed If you have never had pav bhaji in your life, you are seriously missing out! I was craving for Pav Bhaji last weekend……So went to a near by bakery just to eat this chat and unfortunately Pav bhaji Once ur veggies are boiled and kept ready pav bhaji can be done in a jiffy. Serve pav bhaji with additional butter and diced onion.

Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Boil potatoes and mash them and keep them aside.
  2. Pressure cook all the vegetables, except capsicums.
  3. Heat a wok and add butter. Add Cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then add 150gms of chopped Onions and fry till golden. Then add capsicum and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and fry them till the raw smell disappears. Then add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and fry till butter leaves the side.
  5. Add the boiled vegetables and add pav bhaji masala. Let everything come to a boil and then simmer the flame and start mashing the vegetables. Then Cover it with a lid and let the vegetables soak the masala.
  6. Turn off the flame and add chopped coriander.
  7. Toast the pavs with butter on a pan.
  8. Serve hot along with chopped onions, chilies and lemon. You can also put butter over the bhaji.
