  1. Divide the boiled rice into 4 round container and level them tightly. Cover and keep in fridge for about 2-3 hours.
  2. Blend the rajma, ginger, green chilli,garlic, salt and pepper into a thick dough. Use oats to adjust the consistency.
  3. Mix the coriander leavves in the dough. Now make patties,coat with bread crumbs and shallow fry them. Else cook in Airfryr for 5-7ins each side.
  4. Take out the rice buns from the fridge. Demould them and cook in a non stick pan with some oil from both sides.
  5. Now assemble the burger, put lettuce on a rice bun, then some ketchup and tomato slices and then Pattie and cover with other bun. You can use Mayo or coriander chutney also.
  6. Serve them fresh with sweet potato fries.
