  7. Put in a roaster. Cover let sit till room temperature. Cold start oven with chicken in it 425° Fahrenheit.
  8. Roast for 45 minutes covered. Then finish roasting 30 minutes uncovered.
  9. Let sit 10 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
