1. ➡️for base, sieve all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. In another bowl, add oil and buttermilk. Mix it. Then add powdered sugar to it. Mix it until sugar dissolves. Then add vanilla extract into it.
3. Now in wet mixture add the dry mixture. And mix it by cut and fold method. Dont overmix it. Just mix it till the smooth consistency. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 170° for 10 minutes.
4. Take heart shape cake mould. Apply some oil and butter paper on the bottom. Add cake batter into the mould. And keep it in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Check with toothpick if comes clear then cake is baked. So base is ready.
5. After cooling down completely. Unmould it. Remove the butter paper. Cut upper dried layer to make a smooth surface. Then cut the cake from the middle. Using electric beater beat the whipped cream until to get nondroping consistency. Apply this whipped cream on the one portion of cake and after applying cover it with other portion.
6. Now apply whipped cream uniformly all over the cake and make a smooth surface. In a leftover cream add 3-4 drops of red food color. Fill it in the piping bag and create border and beautiful designs of your choice on the cake.
7. For pink and red hearts, microwave white chocolate for a minute. Add strawberry crush into melted chocolate. And fill this in the heart shaped silicon mould. Fridge it for 5-10 minutes and unmould the hearts. For red hearts add red food color to the melted chocolate. And fill it in the mould. Decorate the cake with these hearts.
